Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR activities of employees.
- Administer attendance, payroll management and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Oversee talent acquisition: screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and conducting salary negotiations.
- Conduct inductions and handle employees grievance to maintain positive work environment.
- Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and employee engagement events.
