Home-Based Early Childhood Educator / Prodigy Coach

Location: Mumbai – Western & Central Suburbs

Job Type: Full-Time | Home Visits

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000/month + ₹100 per session travel allowance

Job Role:

• Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one, play-based learning sessions at children's homes.
• Use structured, screen-free learning activities and curated learning kits.
• Adapt activities according to each child's developmental stage.
• Provide progress updates to parents.
• Maintain attendance, notes and progress reports.
• Follow safety, hygiene and professional etiquette while visiting client homes.

Eligibility:

• B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 6 months of preschool, daycare or early-years teaching experience.
• Fluent English + Hindi or Marathi.
• Comfortable travelling across Mumbai Western and/or Central Line.
• Warm, patient and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to undergo police verification and provide valid ID/address proof.
