Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with expertise in authentic Malvani cuisine to lead our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Malvani dishes with consistent taste and quality.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Control food cost, inventory, and minimize wastage.
  • Train the kitchen team and ensure smooth service during busy hours.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Malvani cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of seafood, chicken, mutton, and traditional Malvani recipes.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and kitchen management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
