Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting (Field Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Executive with 1–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, or pharma gifting. The role involves generating new corporate leads, conducting field visits, presenting customised gifting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing bulk orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and pharmaceutical companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert new B2B leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Drive bulk sales of corporate gifting, promotional products, and pharma/doctor gifting solutions.
• Understand client requirements and propose customised gifting products based on budgets, quantities, and timelines.
• Conduct regular field visits to pharmaceutical companies, corporate offices, marketing departments, and other prospective clients.
• Present product samples, catalogues, and gifting concepts to decision-makers, procurement teams, and brand managers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close bulk orders.
• Manage existing corporate accounts, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports, client visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or business development.
• Strong experience in field sales, lead generation, and new client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cold calls, arrange client meetings, and close sales.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling bulk orders and corporate clients.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve revenue objectives.
• Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and handle sales pressure.

Corporate Gifting & Sales Expertise

The candidate should ideally have experience in:

• Corporate gifting solutions
• Promotional products and merchandise
• Pharma gifting and doctor gifting requirements
• Bulk corporate orders
• Customised gifting proposals
• Product catalogues and sample presentations
• Corporate procurement and vendor coordination
• Pricing, quotation preparation, and commercial negotiations
• Repeat business and account management
• Corporate client acquisition and relationship building

Pharmaceutical industry experience will be an added advantage. Candidates who have sold promotional products, branded merchandise, customised gifts, or marketing merchandise to pharmaceutical companies should be prioritised.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; equivalent qualifications may be considered based on relevant sales experience.
• Experience: 1–5 years preferred; 4+ years is highly preferred.
• Primary Skill: B2B Corporate Sales and Field Sales.
• Preferred Industry: Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, Pharma Gifting, or related B2B sales.
• Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai.
• Work Mode: Field Sales.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, including every Saturday.
• Notice Period: 30 days maximum; immediate joiners preferred.
