Job Summary

The Commercial Vehicle Onboarding Executive is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating

commercial vehicle partners, including 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, and other last-mile delivery vehicles. The role

focuses on expanding the company's supply network by ensuring timely vehicle registration, document verification,

and smooth partner activation while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•

Source and onboard new commercial vehicle partners (3-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler, Mini Trucks, LCVs, etc.).

•

Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and individual vehicle owners.

•

Assist partners with app registration, KYC completion, and account activation.

•

Ensure timely activation of vehicles to meet business supply targets.

•

Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Support teams for seamless onboarding.

•

Resolve onboarding-related queries and documentation issues.

•

Maintain accurate onboarding records and daily/weekly MIS reports.

•

Monitor onboarding performance and achieve monthly supply targets.

•

Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential vehicle partners.

•

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

•

1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply, fleet management, or commercial vehicle onboarding.

•

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of commercial vehicle documentation and compliance.

•

Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

•

Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile applications.

•

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience•

Experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, courier, or transportation companies.

•

Experience onboarding 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, LCVs, and fleet partners.
