About the Company:

Sheela Enterprises is actively hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals for the role of Field Sales Executive. Join a fast-paced team and build a rewarding career in direct and channel sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit potential customers and pitch company products/services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with interested clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Travel across assigned local areas to build business relationships.


  • Candidate Requirements:
  • 12th Pass or above.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Basic communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and basic English.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
