Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Pre & Post Shipment documents 

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of shipment documentation.

Liaise with Freight forwarder, Shipping line, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Handle logistics documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance, Survey Report.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies, Generation of e-BRC, Closure of EDPMS, IRM.

Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or other supply chain disruptions.

Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports as per management requirement.

Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align logistics operations with business needs.

Optimize transportation/freight costs and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (industry-specific experience preferred).

Knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations.
