Ecofy Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our Email & Chat Process team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and managing escalations with a high level of professionalism.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle customer queries and requests through email and chat channels.

* Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers.

* Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

* Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

* Ensure proper follow-up and closure of escalated cases.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

* Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Candidates with prior experience in Email, Chat, Customer Support, or Escalation Handling will be preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

* Ability to handle escalations professionally and calmly.

* Good typing, email etiquette, and computer skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Candidates should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

*Compensation*

* Salary: As per experience and current CTC.

* Salary Hike: Hike on the candidate's previous salary will be offered.

* The final hike and compensation package will be based on interview performance, relevant experience, skill set, and overall expertise.
