Job Overview

The DTP Operator will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing high-quality educational and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. The role requires close coordination with content, academic, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Create and format layouts for educational content, manuals, worksheets, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.

Ensure proper alignment, typography, image placement, and overall visual consistency.

Edit and retouch images as required and prepare files for print and digital publishing.

Implement revisions and corrections based on feedback from internal teams.

Maintain brand guidelines and quality standards across all designs.

Coordinate with internal teams or printers when necessary.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in an education or EdTech environment.

Basic understanding of print and digital publishing standards.

Required- Flash / 2D Animator; Character Animator (Proficient in AI Animation Tools or AI Tool Experience)
