Job Description

Ambriona Chocolates is looking for a responsible, organised and hardworking Dispatch Executive to manage daily e-commerce orders, packing, dispatch and stock records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process and accept orders received through e-commerce portals.
  • Pack chocolates carefully and securely for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with delivery and pickup executives to ensure timely shipments.
  • Maintain stock records and update inventory.
  • Assist with exhibitions and sales events, including occasional weekend work.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Responsible, punctual and organised.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and work on weekends when required.
  • Prior experience in packing, dispatch or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 + Travel Allowance + Incentives
