Role SummaryThe Dispatch Executive is responsible for barcoding, stock room management, order preparation, client-wise box making, and accurate dispatch of goods through courier or transport.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Order HandlingVerify orders with invoice and packing list before dispatch.
• Check design, size, colour, quantity, and barcode accuracy.
• Prepare and dispatch parcels through courier or nearby transport.
• Maintain AWB/LR records and daily dispatch register.
• Coordinate with the sales and packing teams for timely dispatch.
• Barcode & InventoryGenerate and print product barcodes.
• Stick barcodes on garments accurately.
• Create new barcode entries for newly created designs.
• Maintain barcode and label stock.
• Stock Room ManagementArrange and maintain stock systematically in the stock room.
• Keep products size-wise and design-wise for easy retrieval.
• Update inward and outward stock movement.
• Ensure the stock room remains clean and organized.
• Client Box PreparationPrepare dedicated boxes for each client order.
• Sort garments according to client, design, size, and quantity.
• Label every client box clearly before dispatch.
• Ensure no mixing of products between customer orders.
