Job Description

Qualification: BCA / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Hardware & Networking or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles.

Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook and remote support tools.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

Experience supporting ERP systems and cloud console handling is a plus.

Knowledge of IT security practices, antivirus, and patch management.
