Delivery Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to join our delivery team for Swiggy Food Delivery , Big Basket , Blinkit and Instamart grocery deliveries. The selected candidates will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants or Instamart stores and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pick up food orders from restaurants and grocery orders from Instamart stores.
• Deliver orders to customers accurately and within the expected delivery time.
• Verify order details before pickup and delivery.
• Handle food and grocery packages carefully to maintain product quality.
• Use the Swiggy delivery partner app for accepting orders, navigation, and order updates.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Collect cash payments where applicable and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, restaurant/store staff, and team members.
• Report any delivery issues, damaged/missing items, or customer concerns to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle/bag.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum age: 18 years.
• Smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Two-wheeler with valid documents, where required.
• Valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance, as applicable.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps and Google Maps/navigation.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Physically fit and comfortable with frequent riding and carrying delivery packages.
