Delivery Boy

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Boys to join our team for McDonald’s food delivery operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering food orders safely, quickly, and professionally to customers while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect food orders from the McDonald’s outlet and verify the order details before leaving for delivery.
• Deliver food orders to customers accurately and within the expected delivery time.
• Handle food packages carefully to ensure orders reach customers fresh, complete, and in good condition.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation applications when required.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers during delivery.
• Collect cash payments when applicable and submit the required amount as per company procedure.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in clean and working condition.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.
• Wear the prescribed uniform/T-shirt and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Report delivery issues, customer concerns, or order discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Complete assigned orders and maintain proper attendance and delivery records.
• Support the outlet team whenever required during peak business hours.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum age as per applicable legal requirements.
• Valid driving licence for the delivery vehicle.
• Own two-wheeler preferred, where applicable.
• Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic knowledge of local roads and locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and during peak hours.
