About the RoleSalad Days is looking for an experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our Mumbai kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items as per Salad Days SOPs and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, FIFO).
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs, Kitchen Associates, and trainees.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of kitchen equipment.
• Support the CDP and Sous Chef in achieving daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.
• EligibilityExperience: 2–4 years as DCDP/Commis I/CDP in a QSR, cloud kitchen, café, or restaurant.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Good understanding of food production, hygiene, and inventory management.
