Job Description
Job Description – Customer Experience Executive
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to manage customer onboarding, handle queries across calls, WhatsApp and email, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard and welcome new customers.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups.
* Drive customer engagement and subscription usage.
* Maintain customer information and interactions in CRM.
* Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Relationship Management, Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality or Inside Sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
* Customer-focused, organised and proactive.
* Interest in finance, investing and personal finance is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Mumbai
