Job Description
Job Descripton for Customer Care Executive –
Who can Apply :
- Candidate with Good communication skills
- Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi languages
- Basic knowledge of Excel ( Vlook-up, Pivot )
- HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
- Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.
- Experience of customer care / Logistics will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound calls to Customer - Provide Information, collect required information from customers in Shipping and Delivery or Return related concerns.
- Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website.
- Follow up with Courier team for Delivery
- Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database
- No Targets, No Sales, Laptop & Phone will be provided by the company.
- 6 days Work from Office.
Location - Andheri East , Mumbai
Timing- 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
