*Job Description* – Support Executive (Backend Operations)

 *Job Summary* 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Executive to manage backend operations related to official notices and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, be proficient in email communication, and possess excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

*For freshers* 

Here you'll get 6 months of training 

 *Training Details* 

 *Training Duration* : 6 Months

This is a Government Apprenticeship Training Program.

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will receive a Government Apprenticeship Certificate.

 candidates will be converted into Full-Time Employment.

 *Stipend* 

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹18,500

₹14,000 paid by the Bank.

₹4,500 credited by the Government as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

 *Key Responsibilities* :

* Manage and action cases as per the notices received.

* Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate required information.

* Draft professional response letters and email communications.

* Print, organize, and maintain necessary documents.

* Ensure all notice-related requirements are completed accurately and within timelines.

* Handle escalations effectively and provide timely updates.

* Be flexible to work as per business requirements.

* Location - Santacruz

 *Shift Timing* - 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm

 *Week off* - Sunday
