Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries, complaints, and requests • Respond to customer emails within defined turnaround time (TAT), ensuring accurate and complete resolution • Log, categorize, and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM/helpdesk system • Meet quality benchmarks on call handling (AHT, FCR) and email response/resolution TAT/SLA • Identify recurring issues and flag them to the reporting manager for process improvement • Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines during customer interactions • Maintain professionalism and empathy while managing sensitive or escalated conversations • Achieve individual and team targets on customer satisfaction (CSAT) and productivity metrics
