Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for Customer Service Executive positions in international BPO processes. Candidates will get the opportunity to work with UK, US, and Australian customer service processes.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through the assigned customer service process.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000, depending on experience and process.
- Performance-based incentives.
- 5 days working.
- UK / US / AUS shift processes.
- Home drop facility available as per company policy.

- Work Mode: Work From Office only
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Locations: Malad, Powai, Goregaon, Thane, Chandivali, Ghansoli, and Airoli.
