Customer Service Advisor

Location: Saki Naka Andheri

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Dayshift

Salary: 20k - 35k + Incentives

5 days working/ 2 rotational week off

Role & responsibilities:

Global Customer Support: Interact with international NRI members calls to resolve queries, assist with profile creation, and troubleshoot account issues.

Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with global members and their families, ensuring a smooth and empathetic matchmaking journey.

Product Guidance: Educate users on premium features, privacy settings, and communication tools to maximize their success on the platform.

Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering accurate, prompt, and high-quality resolutions.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing global user feedback and technical issues with the product and engineering teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Mandatory: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Languages Preferred: Marathi,Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malyalam
• Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer service, international, domestic,semi-voice/voice processes, or relationship management.
• Empathy & Patience: Exceptional listening skills and an innate ability to handle sensitive family-oriented conversations with maturity.
