Responsibilities·      Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

·      Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

·      Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.

·      Ensure timely payment collection as per company policies.

·      Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding dues and payment status.

·      Maintain customer records, collection reports, and payment details.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

·      Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Eligibility

Criteria·      Graduate in any stream preferred.

·      1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or collections.

·      Immediate joiners preferred.
