Customer Care Executive

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on resume, skills, and interview)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide support primarily through WhatsApp chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp chat and provide timely responses.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the packing, dispatch, and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and delivery-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and complaints.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while handling customers.
• Ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Web.
• Ability to communicate politely and handle customer complaints patiently.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, depending on the candidate's resume, skills, and interview performance.

Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
