Job Description
Attend to walk-in customers and greet them professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Display and demonstrate garment collections at the sales counter.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and offers.Ensure the sales counter and displayed merchandise remain neat and organized.
Assist in preparing customer orders and coordinating billing.
Inform customers about new arrivals and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and follow up when required.
Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
