👨‍🍳 Position

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Non-Veg Cook / Tawa Cook to join Tawa & Tadka.

The ideal candidate should be confident in preparing chicken starters, tawa items, kebabs, biryani and other non-veg snacks, while maintaining consistent taste, hygiene and presentation.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chicken starters and tawa items as per our recipes.
• Prepare items such as Chicken Fry, Chicken Tawa, Chicken Kebab, Chicken Liver Fry/Masala, Brain Masala, Cutlet, Biryani and other menu items.
• Operate induction/tawa cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation.
• Prepare marinades, gravies, masalas and basic kitchen preparations.
• Ensure food is prepared quickly during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area.
• Properly store and handle raw chicken and other ingredients.
• Monitor stock of kitchen ingredients and inform management when supplies are low.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow Tawa & Tadka’s recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards at all times.

⭐ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a non-veg cook/tawa cook preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant, QSR, café, hotel or food outlet is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chicken preparation and Indian/Mughlai flavours.
• Good knowledge of tawa cooking and frying techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a small kitchen.
• Able to handle pressure during busy service hours.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Punctual, responsible and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions.

💰 Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and cooking skills.

Salary can be discussed based on trial performance.
