Position: Collections Executive
Department: Collections – Personal Loans

Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced Collections Executives to join our Personal Loan collections team. Candidates must have prior experience working with FF (Field Force) and Bucket 1 collections teams specifically in the Personal Loans segment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage collection activities for assigned Personal Loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Handle assigned accounts as per the defined collection process and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related collection issues.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduation / HSC
- DRA Certification: Mandatory
- Experience: Prior experience in FF & Bucket 1 collections – Personal Loans is mandatory.
- Candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under collection targets and deadlines.
CompensationCTC: Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month (In-Hand)

Important: Only candidates with relevant Personal Loan collections experience, specifically FF & Bucket 1 team experience, should be considered.
