About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven server to join our team. In this role, you will craft high-quality soft serve ice cream sundaes and frozen Greek Yogurt amongst other treats, deliver warm and efficient customer service, and help maintain a clean, inviting ice cream parlour atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, and serve a variety of soft serve sundaes (Ice cream and Greek yogurt) adhering to brand recipes and standards.

⁠Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, handle payments (POS), and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.

⁠Maintain clean ice cream-making equipment, toppings bars, and seating areas throughout each shift.

⁠Monitor stock levels (milk, toppings, raw materials, packing materials) and notify the shift lead when supplies run low.

⁠Comply with all local health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Soft serve machine cleaning to be done on a daily basis.

Represent the brand at public and private events.

Requirements:

⁠Proven experience as a Server or in a fast-paced specialty coffee/food service environment preferred (training provided for eager learners).

⁠Good understanding of ice Cream flavors and beverages is an advantage.

⁠⁠Friendly, guest-first communication style and the ability to thrive during morning rushes.

⁠⁠Punctuality, reliability, and willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings, weekends, or holidays).

⁠Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift raw materials.
