About the Role
We're hiring Graduate Freshers for an International Chat Process with a fast-growing MNC based in Malad. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a global, professional environment with strong learning and growth exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international client queries via chat (non-voice process)
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within TAT
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards on every chat interaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Meet daily/monthly productivity and quality targets
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates residing in or near Malad preferred
