Cake & Pastry Production Supervisor

Deliure is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor Cake & Pastry to manage and supervise one production shift at our Central Kitchen.Our kitchen produces over 3,000 cakes and desserts every day, so we require a strong production leader who can ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily production targets.

All products must follow the FIFO.

Daily inventory management principles must be followed meticulously.

Coordinate with your colleagues to provide training on the proper usage of all electronic equipments.

Daily labeling and sealing of all products is mandatory.

Conduct daily checks ensure everyone adheres to grooming standards and wears their uniforms properly.

Conduct daily checks to ensure everyone maintains clean the workspace.

Verify cake weight accuracy.

Ensure SOP compliance.

Provide feedback and retraining to colleagues on any discrepancies.

Ensure that all staffs complete their work within the maximum allowed 11 hours.

Ensure that all staffs members report to work on time.

Need control your refrain from taking unauthorized leaves.

All staffs must inform management prior to taking any leave.

Pest control measures must be implemented on a weekly basis.

Maintaining the complaint records on work time.

production log has to be filled on daily base and submit to the despatch executives (all items produced in shift)

in liason with other shift managers for the proper handover of work with verified signature

Your greatest responsiblity is to ensure that guest complaints are minimized and ideally,

eliminated through continuous improvement,teamwork and adherence to company standards.

The supervisor must maintain full awareness and control of all movements ensuring that everything remains within their knowledge and accountablity.
