Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Café Staff to join the team at Good Flipping Burger. The role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payments.
• Prepare and serve burgers, beverages, sides, and other menu items as per company standards.
• Ensure food is presented properly and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, kitchen, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or replenishment requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the manager.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
