Position: Kitchen Staff

Department: Kitchen / Food Production

Role OverviewWe are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Staff Member to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should maintain good hygiene, work efficiently during busy hours, and help ensure every burger and food item is prepared consistently and to a high standard.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare burger ingredients, sauces, vegetables, patties, and other food items.
• Cook and assemble burgers according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food-safety and storage procedures.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Assist with stock preparation, storage, and inventory checks.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Keep the kitchen organized, especially during peak hours.
• Coordinate with counter/front-of-house staff to complete orders quickly and accurately.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
• Support other kitchen duties as required.
• RequirementsPrevious kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
• Physically able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
