Job Description

  • Finalisation of books of accounts for various entities including Individuals, HUFs, Firms, LLPs, and Companies
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns independently
  • Handling GST compliances including preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation, and advisory
  • ROC compliances including filing of forms, annual returns, and company law matters
  • Drafting and handling departmental notices, scrutiny cases, and assessments
  • Managing audits including Tax Audit, GST Audit, and assisting in statutory audits
  • Client coordination and handling day-to-day professional assignments
  • Overall office and assignment management with accountability
