Job Description:

• Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services.
• Recommend suitable skincare treatments and products based on clients' needs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of workstations and tools.
• Ensure client comfort and provide excellent customer service throughout the visit.
• Maintain accurate client consultation and service records.
• Assist in achieving monthly service and retail sales targets.
• Upsell salon services and beauty products whenever appropriate.
• Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth salon operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician in a reputed salon.
• Good knowledge of skin treatments, waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new beauty techniques and treatments.
