Job Description

Prepare Beverages: Brew espresso shots, steam milk, and prepare hot/cold coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to standards.

Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, operate the POS/cash register, and handle payments.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter, coffee equipment, seating area, and workstations clean and sanitized.

Stock & Inventory: Monitor inventory, restock supplies (beans, dairy, cups), and alert management when stock is low.

Follow Standards: Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines.
