Job Title: AMC Sales & Service Executive – HVAC

Job Description

We are looking for an AMC Sales & Service Executive to handle HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), customer coordination, sales and service activities.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new AMC customers.

- Explain HVAC AMC plans and services to customers.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

- Convert leads into AMC contracts.

- Follow up for AMC renewals and payments.

- Coordinate HVAC technicians for AMC preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.

- Schedule service visits and monitor pending complaints.

- Maintain customer and service records.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

- coordinate with on field technicians.

- Achieve monthly AMC sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC AMC Sales / Service preferred.

- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- knowledge of MS office, email band tally.
