Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing mutual fund transactions such as purchase, redemption, SIP, and switches
  • Maintaining and updating client records and KYC details
  • Coordinating with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) and RTAs like CAMS and KFintech
  • Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions
  • Handling client queries and providing operational support
  • Maintaining proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Preparing MIS reports and assisting in audit requirements
