Job Description
Position: Back Office & Billing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and making sales invoices/bills.
- Following up with clients for orders, payments and other requirements.
- Coordinating with godown keepers for timely dispatch of material.
- Handling emails and replying to client/supplier queries.
- Maintaining basic records and documentation.
- Coordinating with the sales, accounts and godown teams.
- Handling day to day back office and administrative work.
- Supporting the team with other office related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Good communication and client follow-up skills.
- Experience in billing and invoicing.
- Should be organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the electrical/wires & cables/distribution industry will be an added advantage.
Experience: 1 - 3 years preferred.
