Job Title: Automation Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation & Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation preferably)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: SEEPZ, Andheri E, Mumbai
Working Days: Mon-Sat (17 Saturdays off annually)
About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support manufacturing operations through process improvements, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality on the shop floor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives related to automation, digitalization, and data-driven manufacturing.
- Assist in implementing modern manufacturing practices and process optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with shop-floor teams to identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Operations, and Technology.
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure process standardization and maintain operational consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive approach towards problem-solving and process enhancement.
