Job Role: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for billing, reconciliation, financial reporting, and supporting overall financial compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update financial records using Tally and other accounting software.

* Record and process accounting entries including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

* Manage the billing process and ensure timely invoicing to clients and partners.

* Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly.

* Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and MIS reports.

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.

* Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documents.

* Ensure compliance with GST and other financial regulations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (Freshers can apply).

* Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.

* Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.

* Familiarity with additional accounting tools or ERP systems is an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
