Position Overview We are hiring for a Finance & Accounts Specialist who will be employed on the payroll of a reputed Chartered Accountancy (CA) Firm and deputed on-site at a leading Manufacturing Plant.

The role will provide exposure to end-to-end accounting, financial controls, costing, inventory reporting, MIS, audit, cash flow management, and coordination with senior management/CFO-level stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely accounting.
• Build, maintain, review and monitor daily, weekly and monthly financial control documents.
• Handle sales and purchase reconciliations.
• Conduct costing analysis and reporting.
• Review new product costing and provide relevant analysis.
• Initiate and coordinate Debit/Credit Note approvals with the CFO.
• Manage cash flow and related financial activities.
• Handle bank documentation and coordinate with banks as required.
• Prepare and coordinate requirements for statutory audits.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audit.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and review documents.
• Drive process streamlining and process improvements.
• Prepare and manage inventory reporting across multiple plants.
• Lead and coordinate monthly book closing activities.
• Supervise, review and coordinate the work of a small team of 2–3 members.

• Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: CA / CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified / B.Com / M.Com
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Candidates with experience in Manufacturing will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliations, costing, MIS and financial reporting.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with senior management and CFO-level stakeholders.
