Job Description – Part-Time Accountant

Caterersnearme is a technology-enabled catering marketplace that helps customers discover, compare, and book caterers for events and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and verify incoming customer payments.
• Process outgoing payments and clear caterer/vendor dues on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, UPI transactions, and payment records.
• Track outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the team for collections.
• Maintain invoices, bills, and expense records.
• Prepare basic financial and payment reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounting or payment management is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Must be available to visit the office 3 days a week for 3 hours each day.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage daily payment transactions, vendor settlements, and financial records with accuracy and accountability.
