Job Description
Create and issue sales bills/invoices to clients accurately and on time.
Make payment/receipt entries for payments received from clients.
Maintain and update customer ledgers and outstanding balances.
Track pending payments and follow up with the concerned clients when required.
Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, collections, credit notes, and customer accounts.
Handle purchase entries, expense entries, and other accounting entries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and financial records.
Perform any other day-to-day accounting and finance-related work assigned by management.
