📢 WE ARE HIRING! | Inventory & Store Operations Executive
📍 Job Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage inventory, daily product updates, and staff records at our clothing retail store.
📋 Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all store inventory, including incoming and outgoing stock.
- Stock Monitoring: Track stock availability, update inventory records, and conduct regular stock checks.
- Daily WhatsApp Broadcasts: Create and send daily broadcasts of new arrivals, products, and offers to customers.
- Staff Attendance & Holidays: Maintain daily attendance, weekly offs, leave applications, and holiday records.
- Staff Salary Management: Maintain salary records, calculate attendance-based salaries, and track advances and deductions.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare inventory updates, stock reports, and staff attendance summaries.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory management or retail store operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Weekday only. No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
