Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors regularly.
- Promote company products through effective product detailing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Generate orders and ensure proper product availability in the market.
- Appoint and develop new retailers/stockists in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and sales records through CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Follow company policies, reporting systems, and promotional strategies.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of pharma sales experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
