Job Description
A visa counselor guides clients through international travel, study, work, or immigration processes. They evaluate client profiles, explain documentation and legal requirements, track application progress, and convert inquiries into active file registrations while meeting performance goals. - Client Consultation: Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries to assess client eligibility for tourist, work, student, or PR visas. [1, 2, 3]
