In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our offerings, and driving sales conversions. • Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch products/services.
• Sales Conversions: Understand customer needs and close sales deals effectively over the phone.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a positive, professional relationship with prospects to encourage repeat business.
• Data Logging: Accurately update customer details, interaction notes, and sales status in the CRM database.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales targets.
• Salary & Compensation
• Freshers: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month (depending on communication skills).
• Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000+ per month (Salary is highly negotiable and totally depends on your performance in the interview).
• Incentives: High performance-based commission structures over and above the fixed salary.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Communication: Clear verbal communication in Hindi, Punjabi, or English (as per target market).
• Skills for Freshers: Quick learner, positive attitude, and eagerness to build a career in sales.
• Skills for Experienced: Proven track record in telesales, outbound calling, or customer handling.
