Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective clients using provided leads to explain residential/commercial property options.
Understand customer property requirements and budget.
Schedule and confirm site visits for the field sales team.
Follow up regularly with potential buyers and update CRM/calling sheets daily.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales (Real Estate experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Punjabi].
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset.
