Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering relevant solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries effectively, and to meet sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain the company's products/services, addressing customer inquiries.
• Follow-up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Provide product knowledge and service-related information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Update the CRM system regularly with call details and customer information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tele calling Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in [local language] and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to handle customer queries with patience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
