We are looking for a Telecaller to handle calls and assist clients with basic information about immigration services.


Key Responsibilities:


Call potential customers and explain our immigration services.

Answer basic client's queries

Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand clients’ requirements and schedule appointments with the counsellor.

Provide basic information about immigration services and visa processes.

Coordinate with the office team when required.

Follow up with interested clients

Maintain records of calls and client details
