Job Title: Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle calls and assist clients with basic information about immigration services. The candidate will contact potential clients, answer their queries, and guide them about visa and immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand clients’ requirements and schedule appointments with the counsellor.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide basic information about immigration services and visa processes
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain records of calls and client details
Requirements:
- Ability to handle calls politely and professionally
